Catholic Women Cycles and Wellness app is a FREE Cycle Charting Method for Catholic women based on the science of cervical fluid and optional basal body temperature tracking to cross check ovulation. When a woman charts her observations on the app she can gain valuable insight into her day to day fertility status, phases of the cycle, and period predictions.

Our App combines fertility awareness science with body literacy, access to Natural Family Planning (NFP) resources and Church teaching, giving women a holistic way to understand their bodies as God designed them. Users chart cycle observations such as cervical mucus changes and, if they choose, basal body temperature, allowing them to identify fertile and infertile phases of the cycle. The app also offers cycle-phase insights and predictions based on a calendar algorithm to support awareness and planning.

Beyond charting, our App provides educational content to help women recognize signs of overall health and wellness, understand how hormones affect the body, and grow in confidence navigating their cycles.

Catholic Women Cycles & Wellness also includes access to faithful Catholic teaching on Natural Family Planning, marriage, and authentic love. This includes a curated selection of short video and educational resources from 1Flesh.org, which presents the Church’s teaching on marriage, sexuality, and contraception in a positive, accessible, and encouraging way.
